Ter versterking van onze interne recruitmentwerking zijn we op zoek naar een Internal Recruiter.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de selectie van nieuwe collega's voor onze kantoren in Vlaanderen en Wallonië. Je beoordeelt kandidaten op een objectieve en professionele manier en adviseert onze Branch Managers en Business Development Managers bij hun aanwervingsbeslissingen.

Je komt terecht binnen het HR -team, bestaande uit 9 collega's die actief zijn binnen verschillende HR -domeinen zoals Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits en Recruitment. Je werkt nauw samen met onze huidige Internal Recruiter,

Als toekomstige collega binnen Actief ken je onze organisatie, cultuur en waarden. Je begrijpt welke profielen succesvol zijn binnen onze onderneming en weet deze kennis te combineren met een objectieve en professionele aanpak.Daarnaast:* beschik je over sterke interviewvaardigheden en weet je de juiste vragen te stellen om talent en potentieel in kaart te brengen.* ga je discreet en integer om met vertrouwelijke informatie.* ben je analytisch sterk en kan je observaties vertalen naar een gefundeerd advies.* communiceer je vlot en professioneel met kandidaten en stakeholders op verschillende niveaus.* ben je een overtuigende ambassadeur van Actief.
