Hou jij graag overzicht, steek je de handen uit de mouwen en zorg je ervoor dat alles op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats ligt? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou.

Voor ons magazijn in Wingene zoeken we een Magazijnier die graag zelfstandig werkt, maar ook goed samenwerkt met collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat materiaal correct wordt ontvangen, opgeslagen en klaargezet, zodat onze projecten vlot kunnen verlopen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als magazijnier ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen het magazijn, de aankoopdienst en de projectteams.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • bestellingen en retours correct verwerken en opvolgen
  • materiaal markeren en per project klaarzetten;
  • vrachtwagens en transporten laden en lossen met de heftruck;
  • zorgen voor een ordelijk en overzichtelijk magazijn;
  • afvalstromen correct beheren;
  • mee instaan voor het regelen van transporten en de huur van machines en materieel;
  • controleren of materialen correct gekeurd zijn;
  • veiligheidsprocedures opvolgen, waaronder LMRA;

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze collega's op de werven kunnen rekenen op het juiste materiaal, op het juiste moment.

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en tegelijk voldoende nauwkeurig is om ook het administratieve luik goed op te volgen.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • je spreekt Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede kennis van Engels;
  • je hebt ervaring met magazijnbeheer en weet hoe je een magazijn overzichtelijk en gestructureerd houdt;
  • je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk;
  • je kunt goed overweg met computers en digitale systemen;
  • je bent een echte teamplayer;
  • je kunt verschillende taken tegelijk opvolgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen;
  • je bent flexibel en denkt graag mee wanneer de planning verandert;
  • je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een heftruck.

Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen. Een goede werkmentaliteit, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en de goesting om bij te leren vinden we minstens even belangrijk.
