Im Auftrag des Amts für Arbeitslosenversicherung (AVA) führt die actifutura gmbh in Thun und Interlaken sowie ab 1\. Januar 2027 in Bern Programme zur beruflichen Integration durch. Im Mittelpunkt steht die gezielte Förderung individueller Ressourcen und Kompetenzen, um stellensuchende Personen bei der nachhaltigen Wiedereingliederung in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt zu unterstützen.

Für die Leitung des Programms Berufliche Integration BINplus in Thun, suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte

Angebotsleitung BINplus Thun inkl. Verantwortung QM AVA (80 \- 100 %)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung, Planung und Organisation der AMM «Berufliche Integration plus» gemäss Auftrag des Amtes für Arbeitslosenversicherung des Kantons Bern
  • Ansprechperson für das Amt für Arbeitslosenversicherung und die Regionalen Arbeitsvermittlungszentren (RAV) sowie weitere Partner
  • Mitarbeiterführung, Einsatzplanung und Koordination
  • Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Querschnitts\-Funktionen
  • Organisation und Zielsetzungen der Weiterbildung sowie Supervision
  • Planung, Steuerung und finanzielle Führung des Angebotes
  • Weiterentwicklung der Angebote im Rahmen des Leistungsauftrages
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Eingabe neuer Angebote sowie Projektmitarbeit und \-verantwortung
  • Mitverantwortung für die ganze Organisation als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung
  • Verantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagement AVA im Programm BINplus Thun
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der fide\-Vorgaben im Angebot BINplus Thun

Ihr Profil

  • Führungs\- und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten, ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent und vernetztem Denken
  • Positive, motivierende Ausstrahlung sowie eine wertschätzende, offene und professionelle Haltung gegenüber Menschen aus unterschiedlichen sozialen und kulturellen Umfeldern
  • Abgeschlossener, in der Schweiz anerkannter Berufs\- oder Bildungsabschluss auf Tertiärstufe
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung
  • Aus\- oder Weiterbildung in der Erwachsenenbildung mit eidg. Fachausweis (FA)
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Führungserfahrung
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Arbeitsintegration von Stellensuchenden in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung und Integration von fremdsprachigen Stellensuchenden
  • Abgeschlossenes fide\-Zertifikat «Sprachkursleiter/in im Integrationsbereich» oder Bereitschaft, dieses innerhalb des ersten Jahres nach Anstellung zu erwerben
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit, ein anspruchsvolles Tätigkeitsfeld fachlich und zeitlich zu strukturieren, den Überblick zu behalten und Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Erfahrung in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerung und im Projektmanagement
  • unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
