The posting

About the role Warehouse Picker and Packer role based at Jurong Fishery port area, working with frozen food products in a frozen room environment at −18°C. This is a night shift position working 12-hour shifts Monday to Saturday, with a minimum of 26 days per month.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack frozen food products accurately according to order specifications to ensure timely delivery
  • Sort, label, and arrange frozen products systematically for efficient loading and delivery
  • Load and unload frozen goods safely to maintain product integrity and prevent damage
  • Assist with stock checking and inventory management to support accurate stock levels
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the frozen room to ensure a safe working environment
  • Wear appropriate thermal protective clothing and work effectively in freezing temperatures of −18°C
  • Work night shifts and overtime as required to meet operational demands

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to warehouse operations and procedures
  • Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks in a cold environment
