Som vikar hos ActivCare bliver du en vigtig del af hjemmeplejen og får mulighed for at arbejde selvstændigt med meningsfulde opgaver i borgernes eget hjem. Vagtlængderne kan variere, og der er mulighed for både dag-, aften-, nat- og weekendvagter – alt efter hvad der passer dig og vores samarbejdspartneres behov.

Dine opgaver

  • Personlig pleje og praktisk hjælp i borgernes hjem
  • Observation og rapportering af borgernes trivsel og eventuelle ændringer i tilstand
  • Korrekt og rettidig dokumentation i Nexus
  • Samarbejde med kollegaer, pårørende og øvrige faggrupper
  • Bidrage til tryghed, respekt og nærvær i borgernes hverdag

Vi søger dig, der

  • Er uddannet social- og sundhedshjælper (SSH) eller social- og sundhedsassistent (SSA)
  • Har erfaring fra hjemmeplejen inden for de sidste 2 år
  • Har kendskab til dokumentation i Nexus
  • Arbejder selvstændigt, professionelt og med fokus på kvalitet
  • Er fleksibel, mødestabil og ansvarsbevidst
  • Har et positivt sind og trives i en omskiftelig hverdag
  • Kan fremvise gyldig straffeattest
