Er du interesseret i at gøre en væsentlig forskel i et barns liv? Vi søger 2 kvalificerede og erfarne sygeplejerske til et fast team omkring en 12-årig dreng i Silkeborg. Der er tale om én fast stilling på 30 timer samt én afløser stilling.

Du kommer til at varetage en central rolle i overvågning, aktivering og plejen af en aktiv og livsglad dreng med svær epilepsi og omfattende plejebehov.

Om jobbet

Som sygeplejerske bliver du en del af et team omkring en ung dreng, der bor hjemme med sin familie på landet. Drengen har en kromosomfejl, som påvirker hjernen og udviklingen, og medfører daglige epileptiske anfald. Fokus er på at skabe tryghed, livsværdi og gode oplevelser i hverdagen — også når plejen kræver særlig opmærksomhed.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. omfatte: ✅ Daglig pleje og konstant observation af epileptiske anfald ✅ Akut indsats ved anfald, herunder medicinering ✅ Støtte og ledsagelse ved aktiviteter uden for hjemmet ✅ Kørsel i familiens handicapbil (kørekort er et krav)

Arbejdstider

🔹 Dag-, aften- og nattevagter: 7-timers vagter (12 timers forekommer) 🔹 Weekendvagter: 12-timers vagter (ca. én pr. måned) 🔹 Fleksibilitet : Mulighed for at tage ekstra vagter ved sygdom og ferie.

Hvem er du?

Vi søger en sygeplejerske med: ✔ Erfaring inden for børnepleje, intensiv pleje, akutpleje eller neurologi ✔ Kendskab til epilepsi og håndtering af anfald ✔ Fysisk robusthed, da drengen har brug for fysisk støtte trods hjælpemidler ✔ Evnen til at arbejde selvstændigt i tæt samarbejde med familien ✔ En fleksibel og stabil tilgang til vagtplanlægning
