Har du lyst til et meningsfuldt arbejde, hvor nærvær, humor og den gode relation er en vigtig del af hverdagen? Så har vi en spændende mulighed på et respiratorisk team i Rødding ved Vejen.

Vi søger én handicaphjælper til en fast stilling på ca. 20-25 timer om ugen. Du behøver ikke nødvendigvis at have en sundhedsfaglig uddannelse. Det vigtigste er, at du har lyst til at arbejde tæt med et andet menneske og kan se dig selv i en hverdag med både respiratoriske opgaver, omsorg og støtte.

Om opgaven

Du bliver en del af et team omkring en voksen mand, som bor i eget hjem og har behov for respiratorisk støtte og hjælp i hverdagen.

Kommunikationen foregår ved hjælp af et digitalt hjælpemiddel, og du vil møde en positiv mand med humor og glimt i øjet. Derfor er det vigtigt, at du er nærværende, tålmodig og giver plads til, at kommunikationen kan foregå i det rette tempo.

Opgaven vil over tid også kunne omfatte støtte til personlig pleje og øvrige daglige behov.

Arbejdstid

Stillingen er på ca. 20-25 timer om ugen med:

  • 12-timers dagvagter kl. 07.00-19.00
  • Weekendvagt hver 3. weekend
  • Opstart snarest muligt

Du bliver grundigt oplært

Du behøver ikke allerede at have erfaring med respiratorisk behandling. Før du står med ansvaret, bliver du klædt grundigt på til opgaven gennem:

  • 36 timers sidemandsoplæring
  • 1 teoridag på Respirationscenter Syd i Odense

Det er vigtigt for os, at du føler dig tryg og godt forberedt, inden du bliver en fast del af teamet.
