Er du uddannet pædagog, pædagogisk assistent eller pædagogmedhjælper med erfaring inden for social- og specialområdet? Så har vi måske de rette vagter til dig.

Hos ActivCare leverer vi kvalificerede vikarer til bosteder, botilbud, institutioner og specialtilbud i hele Syddanmark. Vi søger løbende dygtige medarbejdere, der brænder for at gøre en forskel for mennesker med særlige behov.

Om opgaverne

Vores vagter ligger primært inden for social- og specialområdet, hvor du blandt andet kan møde borgere med:

  • Udviklingshæmning
  • Autisme
  • Erhvervet senhjerneskade
  • Andre komplekse fysiske, psykiske eller sociale udfordringer

Arbejdsopgaverne varierer fra sted til sted, men kan blandt andet omfatte:

  • Pædagogisk støtte og omsorg
  • Strukturering af borgernes hverdag
  • Relationsarbejde
  • Praktisk hjælp og ledsagelse
  • Dokumentation og faglig opfølgning i dokumentationssystemet Nexus

Derudover dækker vi vagter på sikrede institutioner. For disse opgaver er det et krav, at du har dokumenteret erfaring fra området samt kan fremvise relevant undervisning eller kursus i konflikthåndtering.

Vi forventer, at du

  • Er uddannet pædagog, pædagogisk assistent eller har relevant erfaring som pædagogmedhjælper
  • Har minimum 9 måneders erfaring inden for social- eller specialområdet
  • Har erfaring med eller kan dokumentere faglig dokumentation i Nexus
  • Er ansvarsbevidst, stabil og fagligt engageret
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og samtidig indgå i et tværfagligt samarbejde
  • Har et anerkendende menneskesyn og et højt fagligt niveau
