The posting

Vil du bruge din faglighed i en nærværende 1:1-ordning, hvor du bidrager til tryghed, kontinuitet og en god hverdag? ActivCare søger en social- og sundhedsassistent til et respiratorisk team hos en borger i Aarhus. Stillingen er på cirka 28 timer om ugen med opstart hurtigst muligt.

Dine opgaver

• Respiratorisk overvågning og støtte i forbindelse med non-invasiv respirationsbehandling

• Personlig pleje og støtte ved forflytninger og toiletbesøg

• Støtte i forbindelse med ernæring og medicin efter gældende instrukser

• Praktiske opgaver i hjemmet, herunder lettere rengøring og tøjvask

• At skabe en rolig, respektfuld og tryg hverdag med blik for borgerens selvbestemmelse

Vi søger dig, som

• er uddannet social- og sundhedsassistent

• arbejder roligt, omsorgsfuldt og fagligt ansvarligt

• trives med at arbejde selvstændigt i borgerens eget hjem

• har respekt for, at arbejdspladsen samtidig er et privat hjem

• kan indgå stabilt i et mindre team og bidrage til god kontinuitet

• har kørekort, da kørsel i borgerens handicapbil kan indgå i arbejdet

Arbejdstid

• Cirka 28 timer om ugen

• Dagvagter mandag-fredag kl. 07.00-21.00

• Weekendvagter lørdag-søndag kl. 08.00-20.00

• Weekendvagt cirka hver tredje weekend

• Arbejdssted i Aarhus C, ActivCare afholder udgifter til parkering

• Opstart hurtigst muligt
