Vil du have en arbejdsdag med ro, nærvær og tid til at gøre en mærkbar forskel for ét menneske?

Som social- og sundhedshjælper i vores respiratoriske team får du en meningsfuld hverdag i borgerens eget hjem. Du bliver en del af et lille, fast team og får primært 12-timers dagvagter – cirka 10 vagter om måneden. Du behøver ikke have erfaring med respiratorisk pleje; vi sørger for grundig oplæring.

Din hverdag hos borgeren

Du arbejder tæt sammen med borgeren og dine kolleger om at skabe en tryg og stabil hverdag. Dine opgaver består blandt andet af personlig pleje, omsorg, observation og respiratoriske opgaver. Du får en grundig introduktion og oplæring, så du er tryg ved opgaverne, inden du arbejder selvstændigt.

Vagterne er primært 12-timers dagvagter. Med cirka 10 vagter om måneden får du færre fremmødedage og gode muligheder for sammenhængende frihed.

· Har lyst til at lære respiratorisk pleje – erfaring er en fordel, men ikke et krav

· Kan arbejde selvstændigt og bevare overblikket i en rolig hverdag
