Som vikar hos ActivCare bliver du en vigtig del af hjemmeplejen og får mulighed for at arbejde selvstændigt med meningsfulde opgaver i borgernes eget hjem.

Vi søger både social- og sundhedshjælpere (SSH), social- og sundhedsassistenter (SSA) samt ufaglærte med minimum 9 måneders relevant erfaring fra hjemmeplejen.

Vagtlængderne varierer, og der er mulighed for dag-, aften- og weekendvagter, alt efter hvad der passer dig og vores samarbejdspartneres behov.

Dine opgaver

  • Personlig pleje og praktisk hjælp i borgernes hjem
  • Observation af borgernes trivsel og reaktion på ændringer i deres tilstand
  • Korrekt og rettidig dokumentation i Nexus, hvor det er relevant for din funktion
  • Samarbejde med kollegaer, pårørende og øvrige faggrupper
  • Bidrage til tryghed, respekt og nærvær i borgernes hverdag

Vi søger dig, der

  • Er uddannet social- og sundhedshjælper (SSH) eller social- og sundhedsassistent (SSA), eller er ufaglært med minimum 9 måneders relevant erfaring
  • Har erfaring fra hjemmeplejen
  • Har kendskab til dokumentation i Nexus
  • Arbejder selvstændigt, professionelt og med fokus på kvalitet
  • Er fleksibel, ansvarsbevidst og mødestabil
  • Trives i en omskiftelig hverdag og har et positivt mindset
  • Kan fremvise gyldig straffeattest
  • Har gyldig autorisation, hvis du søger som SSA
