Har du roen, nærværet og fagligheden til at skabe en tryg skoledag for et barn med omfattende støtte- og plejebehov? Så har ActivCare en meningsfuld opgave til dig, der ønsker at bruge din sundhedsfaglige erfaring i en tæt 1:1-relation.

Vi søger en social- og sundhedsassistent eller sygeplejerske til et mindre, stabilt team omkring et barn i indskolingsalderen med en sjælden genetisk sygdom, mikrocefali og døvblindhed.

Barnet går på en specialskole for børn med multiple funktionsnedsættelser og har et svært nedsat motorisk, kommunikativt og sansemæssigt funktionsniveau. Derfor er din rolige tilstedeværelse, dine observationer og din faglige vurdering afgørende gennem hele dagen.

En tryg og nærværende skoledag

Du følger barnet fra hjemmet til skolen og retur efter skoletid. Undervejs er du den faste sundhedsfaglige støtte, som sikrer kontinuitet, tryghed og opmærksomhed på barnets behov.

Dine opgaver omfatter blandt andet:

· personlig pleje

· forflytninger, lejring og hyppige stillingsskift

· observation af respiration og almentilstand

· tæt opsyn og løbende vurdering af barnets behov

· håndtering af sug efter instruktion og delegation

· tæt samarbejde med familien, skolen og øvrige fagpersoner

Der er tale om en 1:1-opgave, hvor barnet ikke kan efterlades uden opsyn. Du får derfor en central rolle i at skabe en stabil og sikker hverdag.

Er det dig, vi søger?

· Du er uddannet social- og sundhedsassistent eller sygeplejerske.

· Du arbejder roligt, ansvarsbevidst og selvstændigt.

· Du er fagligt nysgerrig og har blik for selv små ændringer i barnets tilstand.

· Du trives i en tæt relation, hvor stabilitet og tillid er vigtigt.

· Har du erfaring med respiratoriske problemstillinger og sugning, er det en fordel – men det er ikke et krav. Du får den nødvendige oplæring, så du føler dig tryg og godt klædt på til opgaven.

Faste dagvagter på hverdage

· 25 timer om ugen

· mandag til fredag

· kl. 08.30–13.30

· ingen aften-, nat- eller weekendvagter
