ActivCare søger engagerede social- og sundhedshjælpere (SSH) og social- og sundhedsassistenter (SSA) til både hjemmeplejen og plejehjem på Ærø.

Vi søger vikarer, der trives med ansvar, arbejder selvstændigt og møder borgere og kolleger med respekt og omsorg. Uanset om du foretrækker arbejdet i borgernes eget hjem eller på plejehjem, får du mulighed for at bidrage med dine faglige kompetencer og skabe tryghed i hverdagen.

Der tilbydes både dag-, aften- og weekendvagter, og vi hjælper med transport og overnatning efter aftale.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Personlig pleje og omsorg
  • Praktisk hjælp og støtte til borgernes dagligdag
  • Observation af ændringer i borgernes fysiske og psykiske tilstand
  • Dokumentation i Nexus
  • Tværfagligt samarbejde med kolleger, pårørende og andre samarbejdspartnere
  • Medvirke til at sikre høj faglig kvalitet og et trygt miljø for borgerne

Vi søger dig, der

  • Er uddannet SSH eller SSA
  • Har erfaring fra hjemmepleje, plejehjem eller lignende områder
  • Har kendskab til dokumentation i Nexus
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og træffe faglige beslutninger inden for egne kompetencer
  • Er fleksibel, stabil og ansvarsbevidst
  • Har et positivt menneskesyn og en professionel tilgang til arbejdet
  • Kan fremvise gyldig straffeattest samt autorisation (gælder SSA)
