ActivCare søger engagerede og erfarne social- og sundhedshjælpere (SSH) og social- og sundhedsassistenter (SSA) til plejehjem på Samsø.

Som vikar hos ActivCare bliver du en vigtig del af hverdagen for plejehjemmets beboere. Du bidrager med omsorg, nærvær og høj faglighed og er med til at sikre tryghed og livskvalitet for den enkelte borger.

Der er mulighed for både dag-, aften- og weekendvagter, og vi sørger for transport og overnatning efter nærmere aftale.

Dine opgaver

  • Personlig pleje og omsorg for beboerne
  • Praktisk hjælp og støtte i hverdagen
  • Observation og rapportering af beboernes trivsel og ændringer i tilstand
  • Korrekt og rettidig dokumentation i Cura
  • Samarbejde med kolleger, pårørende og øvrige faggrupper
  • Bidrage til et trygt og værdigt miljø for beboerne

Vi søger dig, der

  • Er uddannet SSH eller SSA
  • Har erfaring fra plejehjem, ældrepleje eller lignende
  • Har kendskab til dokumentation i Cura
  • Arbejder selvstændigt, professionelt og ansvarsbevidst
  • Er fleksibel og mødestabil
  • Har en positiv og anerkendende tilgang til beboere og kolleger
  • Kan fremvise gyldig straffeattest samt autorisation (gælder SSA)
