Hos ActivCare søger vi engagerede og kompetente sundhedsfaglige vikarer til vagter på plejecentre, i hjemmeplejen og sygeplejen i Horsens Kommune.

Vi søger dig, der:

  • Har solid erfaring fra primærsektoren
  • Har arb. i hjemmepleje, hjemmesygeplejen eller på plejehjem inden for de sidste 2 år
  • Kender til dagligdagen og arbejdsrutinerne i social- og sundhedssektoren
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og professionelt i dokumentationssystemerne Nexus

Vi søger følgende faggrupper:

  • Social- og sundhedshjælpere
  • Social- og sundhedsassistenter
  • Sygeplejersker
