To erfarne hjælpere søges til respiratorisk team i Glostrup – fuldtid med døgnvagter

Vil du have et meningsfuldt arbejde, hvor nærvær, ansvar og gode relationer er i centrum? Vi søger to omsorgsfulde og stabile hjælpere til en 63-årig mand i Glostrup, som efter en ulykke er lam i arme og ben. Han er mentalt velfungerende, social og snakkesalig og sætter pris på godt selskab.

Du bliver en vigtig del af hans hverdag og er med til at skabe tryghed og kontinuitet. Arbejdet omfatter respiratorisk overvågning og personlig pleje – både selvstændigt og i samarbejde med hjemmeplejen. Borgeren bor i sit kolonihavehus seks-syv måneder om året, cirka fem kilometer fra sin faste bopæl.

Stillingen er på fuldtid med cirka én-to 24-timers vagter om ugen. Om natten har du mulighed for at hvile, mens borgeren kan tilkalde dig efter behov.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Respiratorisk overvågning i 24-timers vagter med mulighed for hvile om natten
  • Personlig pleje og støtte til daglige rutiner
  • Betjening og overvågning af respiratorisk udstyr – du får grundig oplæring inden opstart
  • Kørsel i borgerens handicapbil med automatgear
  • Praktiske opgaver i hjemmet, herunder madlavning
  • At tage initiativ og bidrage til, at hjemmet holdes pænt og indbydende
  • Ledsagelse til f.eks. familiebesøg, gåture og indkøb

Vi søger dig, der

  • Er ufaglært – gerne med erfaring fra ældreplejen eller et andet omsorgsfagligt område
  • Er rolig, moden og ansvarsbevidst
  • Trives med tæt samarbejde, faste rutiner og døgnvagter
  • Har kørekort B
  • Er nysgerrig, lærevillig og tryg ved at lære nyt
