ActiveCloud является одним из ведущих поставщиков облачных решений, ИТ-инфраструктуры и хостинга для более 50 000 клиентов в странах Восточной Европы и СНГ.

Основное направление деятельности компании – предоставление облачной инфраструктуры для размещения корпоративных систем, приложений и сайтов; оказание услуг по аудиту и миграции в облако, информационной безопасности, проектированию и техническому сопровождению облачных решений.

Приглашаем присоединиться к нашей команде специалиста в отдел обслуживания клиентов.

Что вы будете делать?

  • Обслуживание клиентов по вопросам хостинга, конструктора сайтов, доменов, SSL, IAAS и SAAS в РБ и РФ, как удалённо, так и в офисе. Возможны дежурства по договорённости.
  • Консультации по услугам, включая особенности, стоимость и специальные предложения; активное продвижение дополнительных услуг.
  • Оперативная обработка запросов клиентов, в том числе по оплате и продлению услуг.
  • Участие в удержании клиентов и обработке отказов от услуг, включая фиксацию причин отказа.
  • Взаимодействие с партнёрами через чат и email.
  • Анализ причин ухода клиентов и работа по снижению дебиторской задолженности.
  • Обработка документации, включая акты сверки и выполненных работ, подготовка и подписание документов в электронном виде.
  • Контроль за платежными системами, обработка платежей в биллинге и 1С.
  • Поддержание актуальности лицензий и регистрация сайтов в соответствующих органах.

Что мы ждём от вас:

  • Владение программой 1С и знание основ бухгалтерского учёта.
  • Уверенное использование ПК и MS Office, особенно Excel и Word.
  • Высокие коммуникативные навыки, грамотная речь и опыт работы с клиентами.
  • Способность эффективно работать с возражениями и вежливость в общении.
  • Ответственность, внимательность, умение работать в режиме многозадачности, стрессоустойчивость.
