Deine Aufgaben

Als Sales Agent in unserem Vertriebsteam bist du für die telefonische Neukundengewinnung zuständig:

  • Professionelle Kaltakquise in der Schweiz – gut vorbereitet und mit starkem Produktportfolio
  • Unternehmen neugierig machen auf unsere Digitalisierungslösungen
  • Aktives Zuhören – Bedürfnisse verstehen und Einwände elegant parieren
  • Terminierung von qualifizierten Demogesprächen für unsere Sales Consultants
  • Versenden von Infomaterial an interessierte Unternehmen
  • Türen öffnen – aus „Vielleicht" ein „Klingt spannend – erzählen Sie mehr" machen
  • Persönliche Weiterentwicklung – deinen eigenen Stil verfeinern und lernen, was wirklich funktioniert

Dein Profil

Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich der telefonischen Akquise sammeln können (mindestens 1 Jahr :)

  • Du liebst Akquise – nicht als Pflicht, sondern als Spielfeld
  • Du kannst Menschen innerhalb kurzer Zeitfür ein Thema gewinnen
  • Klare, direkte Kommunikation ist deine Stärke
  • Hartnäckigkeit, Strategie und Empathie gehören für dich zusammen
  • Du willst stetig besser werden, hast den Wunsch dich zu entwickeln und magst konstruktives Feedback
  • Du willst mitgestalten, dich einbringen und Erfolge feiern
  • Schweizerdeutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau
