Nous recherchons pour une mission temporaire à but fixe un profil en supply chain ayant une expérience confirmée dans le domaine à propos du poste :

Rattaché(e) au responsable du pôle, vous pilotez de bout en bout l'acheminement des marchandises à l'échelle nationale et internationale. Intervenant comme véritable chef d'orchestre, vous sécurisez le flux des expéditions, supervisez les formalités réglementaires et veillez au respect rigoureux des délais de livraison.

Chargé(e) d’Opérations Logistiques Spécialiste Transport (H/F) 100%

Description de poste:

* Gestion du transport \& cotations : Consulter les prestataires de fret, analyser les offres tarifaires et orchestrer les opérations avec les réseaux de transporteurs nationaux et internationaux, coordination avec les transitaires.

* Suivi opérationnel \& évènementiel : Suivre le bon déroulement des livraisons. Prendre en charge la logistique complexe liée aux salons professionnels, convoyages express et envois spécifiques.

* Conformité douanière \& import\-export : Établir et contrôler l'ensemble de la documentation réglementaire (import/export, douanes) et gérer la procédure des documents requis d'importations et exportations (carnets ATA).

* Gestion de la flotte interne \& terrain : Organiser le planning d'affectation du véhicule de transport interne (collectes/livraisons)

* Synergie interne \& suivi d'activités : Travailler en relation étroite avec les services internes, participer aux réunions de coordination et anticiper les éventuels aléas de transport.

* Qualité \& Amélioration : Participer à l'optimisation des procédures logistiques dans le respect absolu des règles de sécurité et de qualité en vigueur, amélioration continue

Profil recherché:

* Parcours : Diplôme en formation supérieure en Logistique, Commerce International ou Transport, appuyée par une expérience terrain d'au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire.

* Maîtrise éprouvée des procédures douanières, des documents d'expédition et du fonctionnement des carnets ATA.

* Solide expérience dans le pilotage de transitaires et la négociation de prestations de transport.

* Pratique fluide des outils de gestion (ERP) et de la bureautique.

* Langues : Maîtrise opérationnelle du français et de l'anglais (l'allemand est un atout complémentaire).

* Qualités personnelles : Rigueur méthodologique, grand sens de l'organisation, esprit d'initiative, pragmatisme et excellente gestion du stress et des priorités

* Orienté amélioration continue et solutions

* Excellente capacités de communication, bel esprit d'équipe, approche terrain
