Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, une entreprise familiale genevoise de référence, spécialisée depuis plus de 40 ans dans la signalétique, l’enseigne et les solutions graphiques sur mesure, nous recherchons un/e : Référent/e Atelier à 100%

À propos du poste et de l'environnement : Reconnue en Suisse romande pour son exigence technique et esthétique, cette structure à taille humaine (environ 40 collaborateurs) accompagne marques, agences et institutions de la conception à la pose de leurs supports visuels. Portée par une nouvelle génération dynamique, l'entreprise poursuit le développement de ses activités et souhaite renforcer ses équipes.

Vos principales missions

  • Planifier, répartir et garantir le suivi des travaux en fonction des priorités, des délais et des exigences qualité.
  • Commander et gérer le matériel et l’inventaire spécifique à l’atelier\-finition, garantir la bonne tenue des stocks et assurer le contrôle des factures fournisseurs.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les autres départements (prépresse, impression, découpe numérique, menuiserie et confection) ainsi qu’avec les bureaux d’étude et de vente.
  • Réaliser le laminage des supports imprimés en veillant à la qualité.
  • Préparer et découper les adhésifs selon les dimensions spécifiées avec un contrôle rigoureux.
  • Réaliser les travaux de finitions (contre\-collage, installation de profil) selon le respect des exigences de qualités internes.
  • Préparer le matériel destiné aux installations en collaboration avec le planificateur de production (conditionnement, repérage, mode d’emploi).
  • Réaliser les contrôles qualité des supports avant livraison ou installation et en être garant.
  • Assurer le renfort des équipes de poses sur site selon les besoins opérationnels.

Votre profil

  • CFC de Réalisateur/trice Publicitaire ou expérience équivalente obligatoire.
  • Orienté/e qualité\-finition.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Illustrator indispensable ; google Workspace ou autres logiciels de dessins sont un plus).
  • Organisé/e, flexible, capable de gérer les priorités et doté d’une bonne résistance au stress lors des pics de production.
