Pour l'une des manufactures d'horlogerie de la Vallée de Joux, nous recherchons un Horloger qualifié et confirmé (H/F) afin de renforcer leurs équipes de production et d'assemblage haut de gamme.

Horloger CFC confirmé (H/F) ============================

Vos responsabilités : * Assurer l'assemblage complet, le réglage, l'emboîtage et le contrôle final de mouvements mécaniques de haute facture (mouvements automatiques, chronographes et/ou complications selon profil).

* Effectuer le diagnostic technique, le rhabillage et la retouche de composants horlogers dans le respect strict des critères de bienfacture et des normes esthétiques de la Maison.

* Déceler les non\-conformités éventuelles, analyser les dysfonctionnements et participer à l'amélioration continue des processus d'atelier.

* Renseigner rigoureusement les ordres de fabrication et les suivis de traçabilité dans l'ERP interne.

Votre profil :

* Titulaire impératif d'un CFC d'Horloger (Rhabilleur ou Praticien) ou diplôme équivalent reconnu (BMA, DMA, CAP/BP Horlogerie, WOSTEP).

* Expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire au sein d'une manufacture.

* Maîtrise confirmée des mouvements mécaniques à complications et de la pose de complications horlogères.

* Dextérité irréprochable, excellente acuité visuelle, rigueur, minutie et sens aigu du détail.

* Esprit d’équipe, autonomie sur poste et respect absolu de la discrétion liée au milieu horloger.
