Sobre el cliente:

Importante centro residencial privado ubicado en Carancos (Asturias) busca incorporar Auxiliares de Enfermería / Gerocultores/as para reforzar su equipo asistencial.

Buscamos profesionales con vocación por el cuidado de las personas mayores para incorporarse a un entorno orientado al bienestar y la atención integral de las personas residentes.

Funciones principales

  • Atención y cuidado integral de las personas residentes.
  • Apoyo en las actividades básicas de la vida diaria.
  • Higiene, movilización y acompañamiento de residentes.
  • Colaboración con el equipo sanitario y multidisciplinar.
  • Apoyo en la alimentación y en los cuidados pautados, dentro de las competencias del puesto.
  • Garantizar el bienestar y confort de las personas residentes.

Requisitos

  • Formación como Técnico/a en Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería (TCAE) o Certificado de Profesionalidad habilitante en Atención Sociosanitaria a Personas Dependientes en Instituciones Sociales.
  • Valorable experiencia previa en residencias, hospitales o centros sociosanitarios.
  • Vocación asistencial, empatía y orientación al residente.
  • Disponibilidad para los turnos correspondientes a la vacante.

Condiciones

  • 2 puestos a jornada completa para cubrir bajas de larga duración, mediante contrato de sustitución.
  • 2 puestos a jornada completa para cubrir vacaciones hasta finales de año, con posibilidad de continuidad como correturnos con contrato indefinido.
  • 1 puesto de estructura al 60 % de jornada, en turno fijo de mañana.

Turnos disponibles

  • Para las vacantes a jornada completa: turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde, noche y turno partido.
  • Para la vacante al 60 % de jornada: turno fijo de mañana, con rotación de días de trabajo.

Horarios

Para la vacante al 60 % de jornada:

  • Mañana: 08:00 a 12:00.
  • Fines de semana: 08:00 a 13:00.

Los horarios concretos de las vacantes a jornada completa se detallarán durante el proceso de selección.
