Sobre el cliente:

Desde Actual Talent buscamos un/a Sales Representative para una compañía especializada en alimentación para mascotas, con actividad en los canales especializados y de alimentación. Buscamos una persona que contribuya al crecimiento de sus marcas y refuerce su presencia comercial en el mercado ibérico.

Descripción del puesto:

Tu misión será impulsar las ventas y la visibilidad de las marcas en la zona asignada, desarrollando relaciones de confianza con distribuidores y puntos de venta.

En tu día a día te encargarás de:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan comercial de tu zona, con foco en los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad.
  • Gestionar y fidelizar distribuidores, tiendas especializadas, cadenas del canal alimentación y veterinarios.
  • Apoyar a los equipos comerciales de los distribuidores en negociaciones, presentación del catálogo y lanzamientos de productos.
  • Coordinar promociones, hacer seguimiento de su implementación y analizar su impacto en ventas e inventario.
  • Visitar puntos de venta para mejorar el surtido, la exposición de los productos y la utilización de materiales promocionales.
  • Organizar las rutas y la frecuencia de visitas, manteniendo actualizada la base de datos de clientes.
  • Analizar la actividad de la competencia y las oportunidades del mercado, compartiendo resultados y propuestas con el equipo.
  • Participar en eventos locales y nacionales del sector.

Requerimientos:

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comercial en el sector de mascotas. Experiencia en la gestión de distribuidores y clientes de distintos tamaños, incluyendo tiendas especializadas, cadenas, canal alimentación y veterinarios. Dominio de Microsoft Office.
  • Formación: Formación universitaria en Marketing, Ventas, ADE o similar. Se valorarán estudios en Veterinaria.
  • Idiomas: Español nativo y nivel intermedio de inglés.
  • Competencias: Orientación al cliente y a resultados, iniciativa, capacidad de negociación e influencia y buenas habilidades de comunicación. Buscamos una persona organizada, capaz de establecer prioridades, analizar datos comerciales y adaptarse a un mercado competitivo.

Será necesario residir en Barcelona o el Área Metropolitana, disponer de carné de conducir B y tener disponibilidad para viajar por la Península Ibérica al menos un 25 % del tiempo.
