Actualmente, estamos buscando incorporar en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona un/a estudiante en prácticas como Talent Acquisition Trainee, para unirte a nuestro Team y puedas desarrollar tus prácticas en consultoría de RRRR en un ambiente dinámico e internacional.

Principales responsabilidades:

Evaluación de personas:

  • Validar el ajuste entre el candidato/a y las especificaciones de empleo (experiencia, habilidades, motivaciones, disponibilidad, expectativas salariales, referencias...etc).
  • Entrevistar a candidatos/as.
  • Organizar las pruebas necesarias.
  • Realizar los informes competenciales.
  • Realizar seguimiento de las personas seleccionadas.
  • Comprender, analizar, definir y formalizar las necesidades del cliente en especificaciones claras y metodologías Actual Talent.
  • Participar en la definición de la estrategia de reclutamiento.
  • Dominar el uso de redes sociales, bolsas de trabajo y bases de datos de candidatos con el fin de atraer perfiles específicos.

Requisitos

  • Posibilidad de hacer un acuerdo de estudios con la universidad o centro educativo de al menos 5 a 6 meses.
  • Grado en Psicología, Recursos Humanos o Negocios.
  • El Máster será un valor añadido.
  • Valoramos la motivación y actitud en nuestro equipo.
  • Idiomas: español e inglés imprescindible, tercer idioma será un plus.
