Deine Rolle bei Acture

Du möchtest bereits während deines Studiums wertvolle Praxiserfahrung sammeln und spannende Einblicke in die Steuerung eines wachsenden Unternehmens erhalten? Dann unterstütze unsere VP Services & Operations als Werkstudent:in bei organisatorischen, administrativen und operativen Aufgaben und werde Teil unseres Teams.

  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Kundenbriefings und Präsentationen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Verträgen und Dokumenten
  • Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten, Unterlagen und internen Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von internen und externen Terminen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings sowie Dokumentation von Ergebnissen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Ansprechpartner:innen

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Sales,(Gesundheits-) Management, Gesundheitswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
  • Freude daran, unterschiedliche Themen zu koordinieren und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
