Als Tech Recruiter voor Acture Labs

Als Tech Recruiter voor Acture Labs begrijp je dat goede tech recruitment verder gaat dan vacatures invullen. Je bouwt talentpools op, brengt de arbeidsmarkt in kaart, adviseert hiring managers over haalbaarheid en positionering, en denkt actief mee over hoe we structureel de juiste mensen aantrekken. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om een recruitmentaanpak neer te zetten die past bij een internationale scale-up omgeving: data-gedreven, proactief en gericht op duurzame kwaliteit. Zo draag je direct bij aan de groei van Acture Labs én aan het verder professionaliseren van recruitment binnen Acture.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces: van intake tot aanname en daarin neem je het voortouw bij complexe of lastig vervulbare vacatures.
  • Je adviseert hiring managers en management over recruitmentstrategieën, arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en complexe wervingsvraagstukken.
  • Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken, (tech) assessments en referentiechecks uit en adviseert over de juiste match.
  • Je analyseert recruitmentresultaten en arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van recruitmentprocessen en systemen.

Wat jij krijgt

Voor wat hoort wat.

  • Een uitstekend salaris, laptop en telefoon. Wij bieden jou een salaris tot maximaal € 5.633,- per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (40 uur per week). Dit is afhankelijk van jouw werkervaring. Binnen Acture zijn er diverse doorgroeimogelijkheden, zowel verticaal als horizontaal.

Wat wij vragen

Naast die persoonlijke match.

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelste taal in woord en schrift.
  • Minimaal 3 -5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen tech recruitment, bij voorkeur in een corporate omgeving óf bureau zijde. Ervaring met assessments is een pré.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring stevige gesprekspartner voor hoger management en hebt sterke organisatiesensitiviteit
  • Je hebt ervaring met het adviseren over recruitmentstrategieën en arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet recruitmentdata en arbeidsmarktinformatie te vertalen naar concrete adviezen.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, zelfstandig, behoudt overzicht en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende stakeholders en prioriteiten.
