What You Will Do
As a Tech Recruiter at Acture Labs
As a Tech Recruiter, you understand that successful tech recruitment is about more than filling vacancies. You will build talent pools, map the labor market, advise hiring managers on feasibility and positioning, and actively contribute ideas on how to attract the right people on a structural basis.
You will have the opportunity to develop a recruitment approach that fits an international scale-up environment: data-driven, proactive, and focused on sustainable quality. In doing so, you will directly contribute to the growth of Acture Labs and the further professionalization of recruitment within Acture.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from intake to hire, taking the lead on complex or hard-to-fill vacancies.
- Advise hiring managers and leadership on recruitment strategies, labor market developments, and challenging hiring issues.
- Conduct interviews, (technical) assessments, and reference checks, and advise on candidate suitability.
- Analyze recruitment performance and labor market trends and translate insights into concrete improvements.
- Support the optimization of recruitment processes and systems.
