Wat jij gaat doen

Als Implementatiemanager combineer je de dynamiek van strak project- en procesmanagement met hoogwaardig relatiebeheer. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Je regisseert de volledige on- en offboarding en inrichting van onze dienstverlening, bij nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Je bewaakt de planning, processen en AVG/ISO-aandachtspunten.
  • Je stuurt interne teams en externe stakeholders bij de klant strak aan. Je maakt afhankelijkheden zichtbaar en zorgt dat iedereen op hetzelfde spoor blijft.
  • Wanneer klantvraagstukken te complex worden voor Sales Support, ben jij het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt dat de klant verder helpt. Ook na exit blijf je de klant opvolgen.
  • Je bent de vaste sparringpartner voor de portefeuille van MKB- en verzekerde klanten.
  • Je volgt op na livegang en borgt de klanttevredenheid en adoptie van onze dienstverlening.
  • Je hebt de juiste voelsprieten voor klantsignalen. Je herkent en kwalificeert kansen voor uitbreiding of aanvullende dienstverlening en draagt deze warm over aan Accountmanagement.

Wat jij krijgt

  • Een uitstekend salaris, auto, laptop en telefoon. Wij bieden jou een startsalaris tussen de €3.380 en € 5.633 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (40 uur per week). Dit is afhankelijk van jouw werkervaring. Binnen Acture zijn er diverse doorgroeimogelijkheden, zowel verticaal als horizontaal
  • Bonusregeling. Goede prestaties gaan niet onopgemerkt voorbij. Acture beloont goede resultaten met een jaarlijkse salesbonus. Deze bedraagt maximaal 8% van je basis bruto jaarsalaris en is afhankelijk van behaalde resultaten op zowel individueel als collectief niveau.
  • 30 vakantiedagen. Omdat wij tijd voor jezelf net zo belangrijk vinden.
  • Vakopleidingen, trainingen en coaching. Ons continu leren en verbeteren programma biedt training on-the-job en een breed aanbod van opleidingen waar collega’s via onze online trainingsbibliotheek – de Acture Academy – onbeperkt toegang tot hebben.

Wat wij vragen

Naast die persoonlijke match

  • We zoeken een stevige professional die zelfstandig implementatie- en exittrajecten trekt, snel schakelt en communicatief krachtig is op alle niveaus, van casemanager tot directie.
  • HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een projectmatige rol, bijvoorbeeld als Implementatiemanager, Accountmanager, Projectmanager of CSM in een zakelijke B2B-omgeving.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het regisseren en plannen van trajecten. Ervaring met projectmethodieken is een pré.
  • Affiniteit met of kennis van Verzuim, Arbo of Ziektewet is mooi meegenomen, jouw organisatorische en procesmatige kwaliteiten wegen echter het zwaarst.
  • Organisatorisch sterk, analytisch, communicatief vaardig, klantgericht en initiatiefrijk.
