With an integrated model spanning the entire asset lifecycle, deep functional and therapeutic-area expertise, and rigorous, outcome-driven thinking, Acumetis reframes complex problems and shapes solutions that are both imaginative and achievable. With more than 350 experts globally and experience across 50+ geographic markets, Acumetis helps clients unlock value, accelerate performance, and deliver better outcomes for patients. Acumetis. Reframe what's possible.

As a Manager, you will start to take a leadership role in delivering high-impact Market Access and HEOR consulting projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic alignment across multiple workstreams. Building on your experience as a Senior Consultant, you will oversee delivery across full project scopes, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients navigating complex pricing, evidence, and access environments.

Managers at Acumetis are responsible for owning project programmes from planning and execution to quality control and team leadership. You will lead client relationships, steer strategic discussions, and ensure that deliverables are aligned with client needs and project objectives. You will work closely with Senior Consultants, Analysts, and Consultants, bringing clarity, structure, and direction to complex assignments.

This role introduces formal line management responsibilities. You will coach, mentor, and develop direct reports through structured feedback, performance discussions, and wellbeing support. You will also progress through Acumetis's Leadership Academy pathway, gaining the management capabilities required to support team performance and organisational growth.

Managers are key contributors to business development. You will support proposal scoping, solution design, and commercial planning, helping convert opportunities into successful engagements and expand long-term client partnerships.

This role prepares you for progression to Senior Manager, where deeper strategic influence, cross-project leadership, and organisational contribution become central expectations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
