We’re seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Lead PLM System Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, systems, and data governance across the organization. In this role, you will lead the development, optimization, and deployment of PLM capabilities that support product creation, product data management, and enterprise-wide business objectives. You will play a critical role in aligning business processes, operational requirements, and technology solutions to drive innovation, efficiency, and product development excellence.

You will partner closely with teams across Product Creation, Sourcing, Operations, IT, and other business functions to define PLM strategies, establish roadmaps, and ensure system capabilities effectively support current and future business needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help shape the evolution of PLM processes and technologies while driving initiatives that improve data quality, visibility, compliance, and overall operational performance.

You will lead complex PLM projects and system enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment, adoption, and ongoing support. This includes managing system integrations, upgrades, process improvement initiatives, and enterprise-wide efforts to standardize product data, specifications, materials, and bill of materials (BOM) management. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining governance frameworks, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and accuracy across product information and processes.

As a senior member of the team, you will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to PLM users and analysts across the organization. You will support training and onboarding activities, promote knowledge sharing, and help develop organizational capabilities that maximize the value of PLM solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences will be essential in driving alignment and successful execution.

Additionally, you will collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate system performance, prioritize enhancement opportunities, and resolve complex issues. Through your strong analytical skills and business acumen, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend innovative solutions that enhance product development processes and support long-term business growth.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
