Provide leadership across departments including vehicle intake, reconditioning, detailing, mechanical, and logistics, with direct oversight of Site Managers and/or department leads.

Assist in defining and support execution of the optimal end-to-end vehicle flow strategy, balancing throughput, quality, and cost across the reconditioning lifecycle.

Own site-wide KPI’s cycle time, quality, throughput, cost-per-unit, and customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).

Lead process transformation initiatives, partnering with Corporate, Operations, and Engineering teams to design and implement scalable process improvements.

Serve as the senior escalation point for safety and compliance, partnering with corporate Health & Safety to implement safety programs; ensuring full regulatory and environmental compliance.

Drive productivity, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction improvements through operational redesign, automation, and technology adoption.

Build and maintain strategic cross-functional partnerships with Dealer and Commercial Sales, Logistics, and Corporate Leadership to align site operations with broader business objectives.

Build organizational capability by developing succession plans, mentoring Site Managers and supervisors, and cultivating a high-performance leadership bench.

Champion a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across all levels of the site workforce.

Represent site operations in Executive and cross-functional business reviews, presenting performance results, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you will need:

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Automotive Technology, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Demonstrated success leading high-volume, multi-departmental operations with full P&L or budget ownership.

Strong expertise in reconditioning operations (mechanical, cosmetic, detailing) and end-to-end vehicle lifecycle management.

Proven track record designing and executing operational strategy, including process reengineering and large-scale efficiency initiatives.

Experience leading through other leaders (Site Managers, Supervisors) in a multi-layer organizational structure.

Advanced analytical and financial acumen, with fluency in operational reporting tools, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
