Role Summary

This posting is for future HR, Admin & Business Support opportunities with Adah International. It is not tied to one immediate opening, but it allows us to connect with candidates who may be a fit for upcoming business support, HR, recruiting, payroll, training, communications, or finance-support assignments.

We are especially interested in candidates located in or open to opportunities across the Southeastern United States, with a strong focus on Alabama and South Carolina.

What You May Support

Depending on the assignment, you may support recruiting, employee data, payroll, benefits, reporting, training coordination, communications, finance processes, documentation, scheduling, stakeholder support, or general business administration.

What You Bring

• HR, business administration, finance, communications, recruiting, payroll, training, or office support background

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Attention to detail and follow-up discipline

• Microsoft Office skills

• HRIS, ATS, ERP, SAP, payroll systems, Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools are helpful depending on the role

Where the Work Happens

Most opportunities are office-based, customer-site, hybrid business support, or project-based assignments. Travel is usually limited but may vary by role.
