Wir wachsen weiter und suchen engagierte Kosmetiker:innen (m/w/d), die Lust auf Weiterentwicklung, Verantwortung und echte Karriereperspektiven haben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung hochwertiger Gesichtsbehandlungen mit modernen Wirkstoffen und Technologien
  • Individuelle Hautanalysen und Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Treatmentpläne
  • Brow- & Lash-Behandlungen (z. B. Lifting, Styling, Extensions)
  • Arbeiten mit apparativer Kosmetik und innovativen Behandlungsmethoden
  • Professionelle Beratung zu Skincare-Routinen und aktiver Produktverkauf
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines eigenen, loyalen Kundenstamms
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Medical-Team
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung eines hochwertigen Kundenerlebnisses

Soft Skills:

  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Ästhetik und Trends

Hard Skills:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kosmetiker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Skin, Brows oder Lashes von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit apparativer Kosmetik (z. B. Microneedling, Aquafacial, Laser von Vorteil)
  • Kompetenz im aktiven Produktverkauf und in der Kundenberatung

So sieht ein Arbeitsalltag für dich aus:

Du startest deinen Tag mit einer High-End Skin-Behandlung, analysierst die Haut deiner Kundin präzise und entwickelst ein individuelles Behandlungskonzept.

Anschließend wechselst du in die BrowBar oder führst ein Lash-Lifting durch. Zwischendurch berätst du Stammkund:innen zu neuen Produkten, testest Innovationen aus unserer Academy und arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus dem Medical-Bereich zusammen.
