Location: Philippines - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and SMS
- Research and identify ecommerce brands that fit the ideal customer profile
- Generate new opportunities through strategic outbound efforts
- Follow up with inbound leads quickly and professionally
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria including revenue, ad spend, growth stage, and business needs
- Book discovery calls and sales meetings for Account Executives using established processes
- Handle initial objections and keep prospects engaged throughout the scheduling process
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and activity tracking
- Consistently hit weekly and monthly outreach, meeting-setting, and pipeline KPIs
- Share regular updates on activity, pipeline progress, and key prospect insights
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve messaging, targeting, and campaign performance
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience
- Proven success in cold calling and multi-channel prospecting
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Confidence speaking with founders, operators, and business owners
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Resilience and persistence when facing objections and rejection
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up sequences simultaneously
- Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, Amazon, or agency environments is a plus
