In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit im technischen Kundensupport und beraten Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen. Der Einsatzort befindet sich in Tägerwilen, der Stellenantritt erfolgt am 16.11.2026. Der Einsatz ist bis voraussichtlich Januar 2027 befristet, bei entsprechender Leistung und Verfügbarkeit besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit einer weiterführenden Anstellung. Die Schichten finden von Montag bis Sonntag zwischen 07:00 Uhr und 22:00 Uhr statt.

Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion führen und protokollieren Sie eingehende Telefongespräche im technischen Kundendienst. Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen und unterstützen die Kundschaft kompetent bei Fragen rund um die verschiedenen Gestaltungskanäle und Fotoprodukte. Dabei analysieren Sie technische Problemstellungen, ermitteln deren Ursachen und erarbeiten passende Lösungen. Können Anliegen nicht direkt gelöst werden, leiten Sie diese über das CRM-System an die zuständigen Schnittstellen weiter. Mit Ihrer kundenorientierten, freundlichen und professionellen Beratung tragen Sie wesentlich zu einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit bei und stellen eine effiziente Bearbeitung sämtlicher Anfragen sicher.

Anforderungen

Für diese Position verfügen Sie über eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre oder bringen entsprechende Berufserfahrung mit. Sie besitzen gute PC-Kenntnisse sowie fortgeschrittene EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse und verfügen über ein gutes technisches sowie telekommunikatives Verständnis. Zwingend erforderlich sind fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch. Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, Französisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil. Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Ihre Kommunikationsstärke, Ihre Beratungsaffinität sowie Ihre motivierte, flexible und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit. Eine selbständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise rundet Ihr Profil ab. Während der zweiwöchigen Schulung wird eine Verfügbarkeit von 100 Prozent vorausgesetzt. Zudem sind Sie bereit, im Rahmen eines Pensums von 80 bis 100 Prozent an fünf Tagen pro Woche zwischen Montag und Sonntag eingesetzt zu werden.
