Für unseren Kunden in Hägendorf suchen wir eine zuverlässige und vielseitige Persönlichkeit als Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt / Hauswart (m/w/d). Sie verfügen über handwerkliches Geschick, ein gutes technisches Verständnis und Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit? Dann erwartet Sie eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe rund um den Gebäudeunterhalt, die Umgebungspflege und die Betreuung der Gebäudenutzer.

Aufgaben

In dieser Funktion kontrollieren Sie den Gebäudezustand und stellen einen einwandfreien Betrieb der Liegenschaft sicher. Sie führen kleinere Reparaturen und Instandsetzungsarbeiten selbstständig aus, überwachen die technischen Anlagen in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär und Elektro und organisieren sowie begleiten Wartungsarbeiten durch externe Fachfirmen.

Zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich gehören zudem die Pflege der Grünanlagen, Rasenflächen, Hecken und Bepflanzungen sowie die Reinigung und der Unterhalt von Parkplätzen, Wegen und Plätzen. Während der Wintermonate übernehmen Sie die Schneeräumung und Glatteisbekämpfung.

Als Ansprechperson für Mieter, Eigentümer, Nutzer und Besucher nehmen Sie Störungs- und Schadensmeldungen entgegen und koordinieren die notwendigen Massnahmen mit Handwerkern und Dienstleistern. Bei Veranstaltungen und Sonderanlässen unterstützen Sie die organisatorischen und betrieblichen Abläufe. Das Führen von Kontroll- und Wartungsprotokollen, das Erstellen von Rapporten und Schadensmeldungen sowie Offertanfragen und Materialbestellungen ergänzen Ihr Aufgabengebiet. Ausserdem wirken Sie bei Budget- und Kostenkontrollen mit.

Anforderungen

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ oder eine vergleichbare handwerkliche Ausbildung mit EFZ sowie über mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung nach Abschluss der Ausbildung. Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse im Gebäudeunterhalt und in der Umgebungspflege mit und arbeiten selbstständig, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert.

Ein gültiger Führerausweis der Kategorie B sowie gültige Ausbildungsnachweise für Deichselstapler, Gegengewichtsstapler und Hubarbeitsbühnen sind zwingend erforderlich. Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, ein freundliches Auftreten und organisatorisches Geschick aus. Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern runden Ihr Profil ab.
