Für unsere Kundin suchen einen motivierten Kundenberater (w/m/d), der per sofort starten kann. Das Projekt besteht seit über 20 Jahren und bietet ein stabiles Umfeld mit einer gründlichen Schulung zu Beginn. Nach einer zweiwöchigen Einarbeitung in Vollzeit besteht die Möglichkeit, in einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 Prozent zu arbeiten. Wer Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt hat und seine Sprachkenntnisse aktiv einsetzen möchte, findet hier eine spannende Herausforderung.

Aufgaben

In dieser Funktion beantworten Sie allgemeine Anfragen rund um das Kundenbindungsprogramm und stehen den Teilnehmenden als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Seite. Sie nehmen neue Anmeldungen entgegen und kommunizieren schriftlich sowie mündlich über verschiedene Kanäle. Dazu gehören E-Mails, Chat-Anfragen und auch Rückmeldungen über Social Media. Mit Ihrer freundlichen und lösungsorientierten Art sorgen Sie für eine positive Kundenerfahrung.

Anforderungen

Für diese Position bringen Sie eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bürobereich mit. Sie kommunizieren eloquent und sicher in Wort und Schrift und sind fliessend in Schweizerdeutsch und Französisch, während Englisch und Italienisch von Vorteil sind. Zudem verfügen Sie über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen. Wichtig sind eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und die Freude am täglichen Kundenkontakt.
