Für unseren Kunden in Olten suchen wir zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams eine zuverlässige und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Logistiker/in im Tagesbetrieb. Sie übernehmen eine wichtige Rolle bei der Sicherstellung reibungsloser Lager- und Logistikprozesse und arbeiten sowohl im Lager wie auch unterstützend in der Logistikadministration.

Aufgaben

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Materialkommissionierung gemäss den vorgegebenen Anforderungen und unterstützen bei der Verwaltung sowie Optimierung des automatischen Palettenlagers und der Paternoster-Anlagen. Zudem wirken Sie bei der Verwaltung der Lagerbestände im Untergeschoss mit und übernehmen Aufgaben im Kisten- und Palettenlager. Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehören die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Materialbestellungen, die Aktualisierung von Inventaren sowie die Durchführung notwendiger Bestandsanpassungen. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie das Büro der Logistikverwaltung, insbesondere im Bereich Kundenservice, bearbeiten Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen professionell und tragen durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Teams zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf der Logistikoperationen bei. Die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Lagerprozessen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.

Anforderungen

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker/in (EFZ/EBA). Erste Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder Lagerverwaltung ist von Vorteil. Sie bringen Kenntnisse in der Materialkommissionierung und Lagerbewirtschaftung mit und haben idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Lagerverwaltungssystemen. Eine gültige Hubarbeitsbühnen-Ausbildung ist von Vorteil, alternativ bringen Sie die Bereitschaft mit, diese zu absolvieren. Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, zuverlässig und organisiert, behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick und können mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig koordinieren. Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung runden Ihr Profil ab.
