Description :

En tant que Gestionnaire locatif H/F, vous êtes le référent privilégié des locataires et des propriétaires. Vous prenez en charge lensemble du suivi locatif et garantissez la qualité du service rendu au quotidien.

Missions :

  • Assurer la gestion complète des contrats de location et de leurs avenants.
  • Suivre les paiements des loyers, gérer les relances et traiter les éventuels impayés.
  • Traiter et répondre aux demandes des locataires et des propriétaires.
  • Piloter et coordonner les interventions de maintenance et dentretien.
  • Organiser et réaliser les états des lieux ainsi que les visites.
  • Mettre à jour et contrôler lensemble des dossiers administratifs.
  • Participer à la production des rapports de gestion et au suivi des indicateurs.
  • Assurer une veille permanente sur les évolutions réglementaires du secteur.

Compétences requises :

Le candidat doit faire preuve de réactivité, dun sens affirmé de lorganisation et dune forte autonomie. Une expérience confirmée en gestion locative ainsi quune maîtrise des outils bureautiques et logiciels immobiliers sont indispensables.
