ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Lithuanian-speaking Java Developer based in Lithuania to join our team and contribute to the development of internal software solutions.

This is a great opportunity for a mid-level developer with hands-on experience in browser extension development, particularly for Chrome and Safari. We are looking for someone proactive and independent, who enjoys taking ownership of their work and bringing ideas to life.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Developing and maintaining Java-based applications.
  • Designing, developing, and improving browser extensions for Chrome and Safari.
  • Exploring and implementing AI-powered tools and solutions to support development processes.
  • Taking ownership of technical tasks and driving projects forward independently.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements and proposing effective technical solutions.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Fluency in Lithuanian.
  • Based in Lithuania.
  • Experience in Java development.
  • Hands-on experience developing browser extensions (Chrome and/or Safari).
  • Some practical experience using AI tools in software development.
  • Mid-level experience – we are looking for a developer who is comfortable working independently but is not necessarily highly senior.
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude and ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3,500–4,800 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
