ABOUT THE ROLE
This is where you come in. Below, you’ll find what this role is all about—the impact you’ll drive, the challenges you’ll tackle, and what it takes to thrive at Addi. If you’re ready to be part of something big, keep reading.
WHAT’S THE MISSION YOU’LL DRIVE
Drive strategic partnerships with top-tier retail Key Accounts to maximize Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and deepen Share of Wallet (SoW) across both physical and e-commerce channels. Position the company as an indispensable financing partner, expanding presence across in-store and online touchpoints, optimizing marketplace catalog conversion, and co-executing high-ROI promotional campaigns.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- YoY Portfolio GMV Growth: Deliver assigned portfolio GMV targets across top-tier enterprise accounts through structured Joint Business Plans (JBPs) tracked on a monthly operating cadence.
- Share of Wallet & Touchpoint Expansion: Increase average SoW across managed accounts by integrating financing solutions into new physical and digital touchpoints (e.g., self-checkout kiosks, category-specific checkout flows, app integrations).
- Strategic Partner Ramp: Successfully onboard and ramp every new Key Account to reach its projected monthly GMV run-rate within their first few months of launch.
- Marketplace Sales Acceleration: Transform the digital marketplace into a core growth pillar for Key Accounts by maximizing high-demand catalog availability, negotiating co-funded ad spend, optimizing campaign placement, and boosting checkout conversion rates.
- Partner Experience & Resolution Time: Reduce average Partner Support Ticket Resolution Time and improve Partner Satisfaction (PSAT) through standardized merchant onboarding, automated reporting dashboards, and store-staff training programs.
- High-ROI Seasonal Campaigns: Co-design and launch co-marketed seasonal campaigns during peak retail seasons that deliver measurable, incremental GMV growth with positive partner ROI.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Enterprise KAM & Retail Experience: 3–5+ years in Key Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Enterprise Sales, managing a large-scale portfolio in major retail chains or high-volume e-commerce merchants.
- Commercial Agility & High-Stakes Negotiation: Proven track record negotiating complex commercial terms, volume-based fee tiers, long-term renewals, and co-marketing agreements with enterprise C-suite stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Retail & Marketplace Acumen: Ability to analyze retail conversion funnels, average order value (AOV), SKU turnover, and checkout metrics using modern BI tools (SQL, Looker, Databricks, AI analysis, Salesforce) to unlock growth opportunities.
- End-to-End Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership: Full accountability for account performance, driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Onboarding, Operations, and CX to resolve blockers and land launches on time.
- C-Suite Influence & Executive Communication: Exceptional capability to structure and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to merchant C-level executives—framing financing solutions as a driver of conversion, basket growth, and merchant profitability. Preferred Competencies
