Voditelj poslovnog odnosa (m/ž)

Mjesto rada: Zagreb Zapad, Samobor, Zaprešić

Osnovni zadaci na tvom novom radnom mjestu:

  • prodaja svih proizvoda namijenjenih stanovništvu i provođenje pripadajućih transakcija (kreditnih, štednih, kartičnih i transakcijskih )
  • obavljanje uplatno/isplatnih i ostalih novčanih transakcija (transakcije po tekućim i žiro računima, računima kunske i devizne štednje, mjenjački poslovi, transakcije platnog prometa, prijave i unos promjena u bazu matičnih podataka klijenata, PI & LE, servisi, kartice i sl.) u skladu s Uputama i Procedurama
  • uspostavljanje aktivnog poslovnog odnosa s klijentima, briga o klijentu
  • pružanje stručne usluge kroz prepoznavanje potreba klijenta i prodaju adekvatnih proizvoda u službi ispunjenja individualnih i kolektivnih planova
  • sudjelovanje u mikromarketinškim i B@W aktivnostima
  • akvizicija novih klijenta kroz aktivno sudjelovanje u prodajnim kampanjama

Iako smo otvorenog uma, neke uvjete smo morali postaviti. Javi nam se ako:

  • imaš SSS/VS/VSS
  • poznaješ i razumiješ financijske izvještaje poduzeća, bankarske proizvode i usluge za pravne osobe i fizičke osobe
  • poznaješ lokalno tržište
  • si komunikativna osoba
  • imaš razvijene pregovaračke i prodajne vještine
  • aktivno poznaješ engleski jezik u govoru i pismu
  • izvrsno poznaješ rad u MS Officeu
  • imaš razvijene organizacijske i analitičke vještine
  • si pouzdan/a u radu
  • imaš sposobnost rješavanja problema
  • imaš proaktivan pristup radu
  • si usmjeren/a uspjehu
  • imaš sposobnost rada u timu
