Se requiere para su equipo de trabajo Gerente de Calidad o profesional en Administración o afines preferiblemente con 2 años de experiencia en el cargo, su objetivo será garantizar que el servicio de atención de los centros de llamadas se esté prestando bajo los parámetros y criterios de atención y calidad establecidos cumpliendo con los requisitos del cliente.

Responsabilidades

  • Establecer controles de calidad, a partir de las necesidades del proceso de operaciones, con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de las métricas, tendencias y comportamientos.
  • Realizar seguimiento a los auditores de calidad para asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos y criterios de la prestación del servicio.
  • Asegurar la calidad de la prestación del servicio, supervisando el control y manejo niveles de servicio de acuerdo los criterios establecidos.
  • Generar los reportes, métricas, Kpi´s e informes requeridos para el correcto control de la operación.
  • Gestionar el proceso de retroalimentación de los coordinadores de cabina que presenten dificultades en el proceso de atención.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en administracion de empresas , ingenieria industrial o afines
  • Certificaciones en gestión de calidad ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
  • Experiencia: 2 años en cargos similares.
  • Excel avanzado
  • Power BI
