Estamos buscando um(a) Consultor(a) SAP FICO Sênior, com forte experiência em suporte AMS/produção (L2/L3), para atuar na sustentação da operação do Canadá. O profissional será responsável pelo suporte funcional dos módulos FI, CO e FSCM, garantindo a estabilidade dos processos financeiros, integrações, fechamentos contábeis e resolução de incidentes em ambiente global.

Principais Responsabilidades Suporte L2/L3 para SAP ECC FICO. Resolução de incidentes e problemas dentro de SLA. Suporte aos processos financeiros de FI, CO e FSCM. Suporte a pagamentos, bancos e reconciliações. Monitoramento de jobs, interfaces e IDocs. Atuação em integrações com Workday e sistemas externos. Apoio a fechamentos mensais e anuais. Suporte a auditorias e compliance. Elaboração de especificações funcionais e documentação. Interface constante com equipes ABAP, Basis, Integração, MM, SD e usuários de negócio.

Trabalho 100% Remoto

Consultor SAP FICO Sênior com mínimo de 6 anos de experiência em AMS/suporte produtivo, forte atuação em FI, CO e FSCM, conhecimento avançado em pagamentos, bancos, fechamentos contábeis, integrações com MM/SD/Workday, IDocs e auditoria. Inglês avançado obrigatório e experiência em ambientes globais orientados a SLA.
