Ben jij technisch sterk en krijg je energie van het opsporen én oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen? Voor één van de grootste maalderijen van Europa en een belangrijke producent van bakkerijgrondstoffen zoeken we een elektromechanieker in Merksem. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek een cruciale rol speelt. Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem en krijgt de kans om niet alleen onderhoud uit te voeren, maar ook actief mee te denken over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties. Functieomschrijving Als elektromechanieker zorg jij ervoor dat de installaties en productielijnen optimaal blijven draaien. Geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde: van het analyseren van een storing tot preventief onderhoud of het verbeteren van een installatie. Jouw taken: Je analyseert en verhelpt elektrische en mechanische storingen aan machines en installaties. Je voert zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud uit. Je spoort technische problemen op en zoekt naar een duurzame oplossing. Je werkt met onder andere elektrische componenten, industriële aandrijvingen en frequentieregelaars. Je denkt actief mee over technische verbeterprojecten en optimalisaties van het machinepark. Je registreert interventies en gebruikt hiervoor de beschikbare computersystemen. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om de productie veilig en efficiënt te laten verlopen. Ben jij een technieker die graag problemen analyseert en niet stopt tot een machine opnieuw perfect draait? Dan zou jij wel eens de elektromechanieker kunnen zijn die we zoeken.

We zoeken iemand die: een diploma elektromechanica heeft of gelijkwaardig is door relevante ervaring een sterke kennis van elektriciteit combineert met een goede basiskennis mechanica een basiskennis van PLC heeft vertrouwd is met industriële aandrijvingen, frequentieregelaars en elektrische componenten vlot met een computer kan werken zelfstandig technische storingen kan analyseren en oplossen veiligheid, kwaliteit en nauwkeurig werken belangrijk vindt bereid is om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken vlot Nederlands spreekt.
