The posting

Voor een doe-het-zelfzaak in Burcht, Brico, zoeken we een gemotiveerde ervaren verkoopsmedewerker. Je zal voltijds werken (38u/week). Na geslaagde interimperiode krijg je een vast contract.

Ben jij klantgericht, steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en heb je een passie voor doe-het-zelf? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!

Als verkoopsmedewerker bij Brico krijg je een eigen rayon toegewezen en ben je het aanspreekpunt van de klanten. Dankzij jouw productkennis en advies help je klanten hun projecten succesvol te realiseren, van kleine herstellingen tot grotere renovatiewerken.

Takenpakket:

  • Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en professioneel adviseren.
  • Verantwoordelijkhed nemen voor één of meerdere rayons binnen de winkel.
  • Actief meewerken aan een aantrekkelijke en verzorgde winkelpresentatie.
  • Rekken aanvullen en voorraad opvolgen.
  • Prijzen en promoties correct uitvoeren.
  • Klanten helpen bij het vinden van de juiste producten en oplossingen.
  • Meewerken aan een nette, veilige en ordelijke winkel.
  • Samen met je collega's zorgen voor een uitstekende winkelervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in of ervaring met doe-het-zelf (zoals o.a. bouwmaterialen, gereedschappen, sanitair, verf, elektriciteit of tuinartikelen. )
  • Je beschikt over een of andere technische kennis van doe-het-zelf.
  • Je leert graag bij.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, enthousiast en communicatief sterk.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ook goed in teamverband.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt mee met de klant.
  • Weekendwerk (zaterdag en/of zondag) schrikt je niet af. De winkel zal ook op zon- en feestdagen open zijn (9u-13u).
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in de doe-het-zelfsector.
  • Goede productkennis van doe-het-zelfartikelen en bouwmaterialen.
  • Klantgericht, zelfstandig en adviesvaardig.
