Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, hou je ervan om verschillende transporten efficiënt op elkaar af te stemmen en krijg je energie van een planning die voortdurend in beweging is? Voor een internationaal logistiek bedrijf in Willebroek zoeken we een Europees Transportplanner die dagelijks mee instaat voor een vlot verloop van transporten doorheen Europa.

Als Europees Transportplanner zorg je ervoor dat goederen op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats terechtkomen. Samen met je collega's en verschillende transportpartners organiseer en plan je dagelijkse transporten naar diverse Europese bestemmingen. Van zodra een transportaanvraag binnenkomt, neem jij het dossier in handen. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je plant en organiseert dagelijkse transporten naar verschillende Europese landen.
  • Je zoekt voor iedere transportaanvraag naar de meest geschikte en efficiënte transportoplossing.
  • Je maakt afspraken met transporteurs en volgt deze nauwgezet op.

Je staat in voor de volledige administratieve verwerking van transportdossiers, van aanvraag tot succesvolle levering.

Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met collega's, klanten en transportpartners.

  • Je grijpt snel in wanneer een planning wijzigt en zoekt naar een passende oplossing.

Je denkt actief mee over hoe bestaande processen verder geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden.

Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. Je combineert planning en administratie met veelvuldig contact met verschillende partijen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen de logistieke sector.

  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen een planningsfunctie of een vergelijkbare logistieke functie.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt steeds in oplossingen.

Je kunt goed omgaan met onverwachte wijzigingen en blijft rustig wanneer een planning plots verandert.

Je bent hands-on en neemt zelf initiatief wanneer er iets moet gebeuren.

Je werkt graag samen met collega's en externe transportpartners.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt een correcte administratieve opvolging belangrijk.

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en hebt een basiskennis Frans.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket.

Je hebt een sterke interesse in transport en logistiek en wilt jouw kennis hierin verder uitbouwen.
