Voor een productiebedrijf in de regio Bornem zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren onderhoudsmechanieker. Heb je een sterke mechanische kennis, steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en haal je voldoening uit het oplossen van technische problemen? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou!

Als onderhoudsmechanieker sta je mee in voor de goede werking van de machines en installaties binnen de productieomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat technische problemen snel en efficiënt worden aangepakt en helpt stilstanden zoveel mogelijk te beperken.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines en installaties
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische storingen
  • Herstellen en vervangen van defecte of versleten onderdelen
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische aanpassingen aan machines en installaties
  • Controleren van de goede werking van machines na onderhoud of herstellingen

Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en oplossingen

  • Ondersteunen bij technische werkzaamheden en toekomstige projecten
  • Correct en veilig gebruiken van gereedschappen en technische materialen
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en ordelijke werkomgeving

Profiel:

We zoeken een onderhoudsmechanieker met een goede technische kennis die zelfstandig problemen kan analyseren en oplossen.

Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring

Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring als onderhoudsmechanieker, onderhoudstechnieker of in een gelijkaardige technische functie

  • Je beschikt over een sterke mechanische kennis
  • Je kan technische storingen zelfstandig opsporen en oplossen

Je bent handig en hebt een praktische ingesteldheid

Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt veel aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit

Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken

Je bent verantwoordelijk en neemt initiatief wanneer je technische problemen opmerkt

Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands, zodat je veiligheidsinstructies en technische informatie correct kan begrijpen Ervaring met lassen, pneumatiek, hydraulica of industriële productie-installaties is een extra troef.
