Voor een sterk groeiend productiebedrijf in de regio Lommel zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamlead Facility & Onderhoud. In deze functie combineer je leidinggeven met een hands-on aanpak en speel je een sleutelrol in het vlot laten functioneren van gebouwen, installaties en infrastructuur.

Als teamlead Facility & Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van facility- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat technische interventies, onderhoudswerken en facilitaire aanvragen correct, veilig en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij ben je zowel organiserend als operationeel betrokken.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Plannen, coördineren en prioriteren van dagelijkse onderhouds- en facilitywerkzaamheden
  • Opvolgen van meldingen, interventies en onderhoudsopdrachten
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van onderhoudstechniekers
  • Creëren van structuur in planning, rapportering en administratieve opvolging
  • Waken over een veilige, nette en goed functionerende werkomgeving
  • Opvolgen van werkopdrachten, onderhoudsgegevens, keuringen en wettelijke documentatie
  • Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en uitwerken van structurele verbeteringen
  • Coördineren van externe interventies en onderhouden van contracten met leveranciers
  • Actief meewerken op de werkvloer waar nodigDit is geen puur leidinggevende functie en ook geen uitsluitend technische rol. Je combineert organiseren, opvolgen, aansturen en operationeel ondersteunen in één veelzijdige functie.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die zich herkent in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond of relevante ervaring binnen onderhoud, facility of een technische omgeving
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je behoudt overzicht wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk aandracht vragen
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen, coachen of begeleiden van medewerkers
  • Je hebt hands-on ingesteld en neemt initiatief
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hecht belang aan een correcte en administratieve opvolging
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, leveranciers en externe partners
  • Je bent een echte probleemoplosser die verantwoordelijkheid neemt van A tot Z
  • Je voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is
