Bij onze klant te Meeuwen staan service, leverbetrouwbaarheid en klantgerichtheid centraal. Dagelijks zorgen we ervoor dat bouwmaterialen tijdig en correct bij onze professionele klanten terechtkomen.

Om onze logistieke en commerciële werking verder te versterken zoeken wij een Transportplanner / Dispatcher & Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je transportplanning combineert met commerciële ondersteuning van onze professionele klanten. Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, hou je van afwisseling en blijf je rustig wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert? Dan ben jij de collega die wij zoeken.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte planning van onze eigen vrachtwagens en chauffeurs en ondersteunt daarnaast onze commerciële binnendienst.

Transport & Dispatching

Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse transportplanning. Aansturen en ondersteunen van onze chauffeurs. Optimaliseren van ritten en leveringen. Bewaken van levertermijnen en prioriteiten. Klanten informeren over leveringen en eventuele wijzigingen. Samenwerken met magazijn, verkoop en aankoop voor een vlotte goederenstroom. Snel oplossingen zoeken bij onverwachte wijzigingen of dringende leveringen. Commerciële binnendienst

Wanneer de transportplanning minder intensief is, versterk je de binnendienst.

Je ondersteunt onder andere bij:

Telefonisch klantencontact. Binnenkomsten verwerken. Verwerken van bestellingen. Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes. Administratieve verwerking van klantendossiers. Ondersteuning van het verkoopteam. Adviseren van professionele klanten over ons assortiment bouwmaterialen.

Je bent iemand die graag organiseert, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en klantgericht denkt.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht. Je bent communicatief sterk en durft beslissingen nemen. Je bent stressbestendig en schakelt snel wanneer planningen wijzigen. Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid. Je werkt nauwkeurig en administratief correct. Je bent vlot met computerprogramma's en ERP-systemen. Ervaring in transportplanning, logistiek of dispatching is een sterke troef. Kennis van bouwmaterialen of ervaring in de bouwsector is een pluspunt.
